Dr. Hodgson graduated from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007. She served in the Air Force as a Flight Surgeon at Vance Air Force Base where she met her husband, an Air Force pilot. She went on to complete a Family Medicine residency at David Grant Medical Center in Fairfield, CA. After residency, she completed a four year tour at Randolph Air Force Base before being hand-picked to join the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine Program. Dr. Hodgson was the first graduate of the Program since it moved to the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. After fellowship, Dr. Hodgson, now a Lt. Col in the Air Force, became the Associate Program Medical Director of the Undersea & Hyperbarics Program at BAMC before she joined the 165th Airlift Wing in Savannah, GA as a seasoned Flight Surgeon. Dr. Hodgson joined the Hyperbaric Physicians of Georgia in 2020 and will be taking over the Chief Medical officer position in December. She has two daughters (Alice and Claire) and her husband now works for Delta Air Lines.
